Please understand we are still evolving. The terms and conditions of our business with the public are very important and will take some time to compile and set to print so that all involved feel informed and safe throughout each transaction. You may notice changes from time to time in the text of a given description. Please bear with us as we are always learning. As we learn we make the necessary improvements in order to provide a more efficient shopping and buying experience.

All items for sale in our boutique are used, handcrafted, or considered to be second hand, vintage, or antique. All are sold as is and where is with no warranty expressed or implied. Unless otherwise stated, normal wear is to be expected. Please keep this in mind while shopping.

Your satisfaction is very important to us and we make every effort to describe each item with as much detail and accuracy as possible. We realize that despite our efforts things can go wrong. In such an event, we ask that you allow us the opportunity to resolve any issue in a way that will hopefully be satisfactory to all.
Communication is the key to a successful transaction and we encourage questions and requests for additional information or photos.

Items will be shipped no later than 2-3 business days after payment has been received. Please rate our service according to when an item is shipped and not according to delivery time. We are loyal to the USPS but will be happy to make special shipping arrangements at the request and expense of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays.
We would also like to mention we reuse clean, shipping materials so if your piece arrives in a box marked " fish sticks" please understand! We make an effort do our part to improve our environment.
When placing an international order please email us for confirmation of shipping fees BEFORE making payment if clarification is needed. This helps to insure the transaction is completed without unnecessary delay.
To our valued international customers: Please be aware that in order to provide insurance and proof delivery we automatically ship Priority Mail International through the United States Postal Service. Reduced rates are available (for certain weight classes) with first class mail (no insurance or delivery confirmation) . Faster delivery is also available with Express Mail International (higher rates). Please email us prior to purchase if custom shipping is desired.


It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise for any damage immediately following delivery.
Truck Shipments: All visible damage must be noted on delivery receipt with the driver's signature at the time of delivery.
UPS/FedEx delivery: All damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. You must keep all original packaging for claim and inspection.
We require pictures of damaged items. Failure to report damages within 3-5 business days will invalidate your claim.
